The client portfolios have spanned building, trades and quantity surveying, strata management and cleaning, logistics, legal, finance and marine. They have also covered medical, healthcare and disability support, education, hospitality, retail, homeware and art dealing, and audio visual, events and musicians. Specialist accounts have included managed IT and support, laser cutting, emergency response training and enterprise risk management.
Enterprise accounts through those agencies have included Shell, Johnson & Johnson, McCain's, NEXTDC, Blackhawk and Nearmap.
At Digital Next Australia alone I ran fourteen concurrent client accounts. At A.P. Web Solutions I managed twenty-two more across thirteen months.
What I build
- AEO Citation Tracker. Tracks brand versus competitor citations across six AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok). One sweep puts 42 questions to every enabled engine, and the most recent run cost $1.29 in API spend across 210 answers.
- SERP Tracker. Tracks Google rankings using stealth Chromium, with no paid API and no cost per query.
- Marketing Dashboard. Builds interactive dashboards from GA4 and Google Business Profile data, with lead attribution and channel analysis, and republishes them hourly.
- SEO News Digest. Reads fourteen SEO, Google Ads and AI search sources every morning and sends a two-minute summary of what matters to Telegram, linking only to pages it actually fetched.
Writing
Case studies from client work, the tooling I build to do it, and what is changing in search.

How I turned a site from 45% down to 155% up year on year
An account shedding 45% of its organic traffic year on year, finishing 155% ahead, and a sister brand up 185% in revenue. What four surviving reports show.
-
How I built 3,219 redirects for a broken Shopify catalogue
7,172 dead URLs sorted into eight patterns from a sample of 1,000, and 70.5% of a Shopify store carrying no meta title at all. What the cleanup took.
-
The consent timing bug that was blocking Google Ads conversions
Google Ads conversions blocked while the tag fired correctly every time: how Consent Mode ordering causes it, and two more faults in the same container.
